'Bareilly Ki Barfi' first weekend box office collection (day 3) : Will Ayushmann Khurrana film touch Rs 10 crore mark?

The latest Bollywood romantic comedy flick ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon and Rajkumar Rao was expected to rock the box office with the superb box office business but the film started slowly at the box office. The rom-com flick hit the theaters on 18th August, Friday opposite Huma Qureshi’s ‘Partition 1947’ and Hollywood horror flick ‘Annabelle: Creation’ aka ‘Annabelle 2.’

‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ First Weekend / 3 Days Box Office Collection:

‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ opened up slow at the box office but the film is showing its potential during the first weekend. The small town story of a romantic comedy film is generating decent business but still, the film is running lower than expected.

Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon and the National Award winning star Rajkumar Rao starrer ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ received the opening of Rs. 2.42 crores at the box office. The film shows growth during the weekend and grossed Rs. 3.85 crores on the second day, Saturday which lead the 2 days total box office collection to Rs. 6.27 crores.

The leading trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the latest collection figure of the film, he tweeted, “#BareillyKiBarfi witnessed ample growth on Sat… Sun should be much better… Fri 2.42 cr, Sat 3.85 cr. Total: ₹ 6.27 cr. India biz.”

 

The fans are praising Rajkumar Rao for his consummate acting in the film, the film is expected to touch the mark of Rs. 10 crores within 3 days / first weekend.
